Double Gate Chain Link Gate Drop Rod

✔ ONLY fits gate frames with outside diameters measuring 1-3/8" - will NOT fit other sizes
✔ You need to measure both gate frames "outside diameter" to ensure product will fit before purchase
✔ Installation instuctions and how to measure chain link fence are included on this page
✔ When installing we recommend an approximate 2" space between gates to allow for freedom of movement
✔ Also called a chain link gate cane bolt or drop pin, use to latch, secure a double chain link gate
✔ Two brackets connect the drop pin to one gate, while the latch holds the second gate in place
✔ Raise the latch from the bracket and pivot it to release it from holding the gates together
✔ Allow the latch to rest on one of the set screws placed in the drop pin (drop rod)
✔ The drop pin will stay raised from dragging on the ground when resting on the set screw
✔ This gate drop rod can be pad-locked for security
