Free Shipping Eligibility: We offer free shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states, including Washington, D.C.). This offer is exclusive to U.S. customers and does not apply to orders from Canada.

Shipping Carriers: Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS during normal business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We select the carrier that provides the fastest and most reliable service for your location and may upgrade shipping at no additional charge. Large or heavy items typically ship via UPS or FedEx.
Priority Overnight or Next Day Air orders are shipped during normal business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Expedited orders placed before 12 PM Mountain Time ship the same day. Please allow 2–3 days for delivery after shipment.

Special Order Products: Items marked "Special Order," "No Refund," or "No Return" are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Policy: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery and must arrive at Jake Sales in sellable condition with the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
